To achieve maximum Inbox rates it is advisable to route Campaigns via one of the established SMTP Mailing Service providers.
There are quite a selection of such providers to choose from, the most reputable achieve the best Inbox rates, but have a zero tolerance regime regarding spam, whilst some others are more lax on the matter, but achieve less favorable Inbox rates. So the best advice is to choose one that will accept your email content.
Amazon SES and Sendgrid allow no spam whatsoever, the others are very much trial and error. Amazon SES seems to be the most used one amongst SendReach Users.
To set up integration to a Third Party SMTP Mailing Service yo go to “My Servers” in the left hand menu in your SendReach account as below
There select “Delivery Servers” as below
Now select “Create New Server” as below
Now select the SMTP Mail Service Provider you wish to use – for this illustration we used Amazon SES
Now complete the fields as below and then Save Changes
Selecting the SMTP mailing Service Provider automatically displays the fields appropriate to the integration with that Provider – they are not all the same.
You now need to validate ans test that integration setup as below
All your Campaigns and Autoresponses will now be routed automatically via that SMTP Mail Service Provider.
