Templates create a structure within a Campaign ready for you to populate with content be that Text or Images. All the Templates in the “Template Gallery” already include the Footer URLs in the correct format. They are in the last two lines of HTML code.
Images are also handled differently within a Template – in a way that is VERY User friendly. We therefore suggest you use a template for ALL Campaigns. “Basic Template 1″ contains absoluteley nothing other than the Footer URLs whilst “Basic Template 2” includes some explanatory footer text.
To use a Template it needs to be added to the “My Templates” Folder from the Gallery. To copy “Basic Template 1″ from the “Gallery” to “My Templates” follow the guidance below.

NOTE: If UNKOWN appears in your address details in the Email footer, it will have been entered as a default in the “Address 2” field in “Company details” in “My Account”. To remove it simply delete it in the “Address 2” field and “Save changes”.
