The Back Office at http://support.sendreach.com has a facility for creating Sub-Accounts.
The function is intended to cater for members of staff having their own login (email and password) so that they can raise Support Tickets identifying them as the raiser of the ticket to SR Support, and identifying them as the one taking any action in that SR Account in the SR logs.
The functions that Sub-Account holders have access to is under the control of the Main Account Holder, but that does not extend to limiting what Lists or Campaigns can be accessed. That renders the facility unsuitable for use by a 3rd party client, a function it is not designed for.
As the Sub-Account can be cancelled at any time by the Main Account Holder with one click, it represents a very quick and simple way of withdrawing access when the Sub-Account Holder is no longer entitled to it.
NOTE: This facility does not apply to the Main Dashboard at http://dashboard.sendreach.com. For access to that URL there is only one Email Address (Username) and one Password.
