The CAN-SPAM Act and all other National Regulations concerning the sending of Bulk Emails require that a Physical Address be added to every email sent. That address can be a PO. Box or any address where if snail mail is sent to it for your attention, it will be forwarded to you.
The default Company details (just your name if you do not have a Company) and address are entered in “My Account” > “Company”.
Those default details are automatically pulled into the footer of each email by the tag [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS]
However, SendReach is structured in the appropriate way for Users to administer various Lists which may be for different Niches, Products or Companies. To cater for that each List can have a Company name and address added in List Setup that will overrride the default Company and address details, and apply just to that List and is also automatically pulled into the footer by the [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] tag.
