It is vital that you monitor any “Abuse Reports” received as a result of your Campaigns as not doing so, and taking any necessary action required, will do irreperable damage to both your online reputation, and that of our Sending Domains and IP Addresses with the Spam Filters.
We therefore have a function on the left hand Menu “Abuse Reports” that displays any received based on your Campaigns, as below.
The system will in fact have unsubscribed them from that List but as per the first one above, you need to ensure your Subscribers are only sent information they feel they have subscribed to receive.
The top one above is different. That was a Multi List Mailout and it appears you have not set it up to Unsubscribe from the Original Lists as well as the Merged List. Go Unsubscribe them now, and ensure you follow the guidance in http://setup.sendreach.com/campaigns/multi-list-campaigns/
