We are pleased to be able to launch a new addon Premium Service for all SendReach Users, providing industry leading Open Rates.
We are only able to offer this service to those SendReach Users who have updated their Lists to comply with the requirements of GDPR as outlined in http://setup.sendreach.com/gdpr/gdpr-required-action/ or their Lists already comply.
Beta testing by Users has regularly achieved 40 / 50 / 60 / even 70% Open Rates.
Those SendReach Users who do not avail themselves of this new Service will simply continue as is, with no additional Service or cost.
Those SendReach Users who do avail themselves of this new Service will no longer have a Subscriber limit on their SendReach Account. 1,000 or 1,000,000 – up to you, at no extra cost.
As SendReach is incurring additional incremental costs in providing this extra Service, we have no choice other than to pass that cost on to existing Account Holders who wish to avail themselves of this new Service.
Prices are based on Emails Sent, not on number of Subscribers. You just pay for what you send on an ongoing basis by purchasing emailing credits. There are no monthly plans and therefore no lost credits.
Email Credits can be purchased when logged into your SendReach Account at https://dashboard.sendreach.com under Purchase Email Credits near the top of the left hand Menu.
Please contact Support via a Support Ticket if the Premium Service is of interest to you (Subject line “Premium Service”), when John will vet your List/s and if compliant add your SendReach Account to the Premium Service Group – then having purchased some Email Credits you will be ready to achieve those amazing Open rates.
For those wanting to add existing Lists from other ESPs to their Premium Service SendReach Account, you need to export the List from your existing ESP including all the data fields recorded when the subscriber opted in. Just export those subscribers who have Opened an email from you in the last 12 months – lets face it the others are DEAD anyway, and mailing them would be totally counter productive.
Please forward any such Lists as attachments to a Support Ticket (Subject line “List for Import”) and having verified the validity of the IP Addresses the Lists will be imported to your SendReach Premium Service Account.
