The sending out of Autoresponses and Broadcasts has become a science, and requires constant monitoring and real time adjustment to minimise fall out. Here at SendReach we have slightly different approaches to other ESPs, and are right up there with ground breaking technology and systems.
It is also necessary however that we all use basic common sense and logic in our general approach as Email Marketers.
All our top Users (regularly getting 20%+ Opens) have their new subscribers add the “Send Email Address” to their Contact List, which effectively “whitelists” that address, ensuring that future communications will hit the inbox.
So the first Autoresponse, set to go out immediately, should carry a simple message. something like “Welcome to abc.com (your Company or List Name) and thank you for requesting information – to ensure you receive all our future communications please add xyz@abc.com (your “Send Email Address” to your Contact List as by so doing you ensure future emails arrive in your Inbox”
On your Landing Page (the one you set as the re-direct in List Setup) the message should read something like “Welcome to abc.com (your Company or List Name) and thank you for requesting information. You will receive an email at any moment with the Subject line – “Welcome to abc.com” (should include your Name or Company name or List name) carrying further important information, please look out for it, and if not seen within 5 minutes please check your various email folders. If not in your Inbox, please makr as “Not Spam”. To ensure you receive all our future communications please add xyz@abc.com (your “Send Email Address”) to your Contact List as by so doing you ensure future emails arrive in your Inbox”. Your Landing Page is the ONE chance you have to be CERTAIN of getting your message across as it opens 100% of the time.
We should all be aware that when you have your new Subscriber do that, and most do when requested to do so, it has a huge and cumulative effect, as the higher the percentage that inbox, so SendReach’s reputation with the ISPs and Spam Blockers improves, and they become less critical, improving inbox rates even further.
This is an example of a section of a Landing Page that is working well, and gets the message across resulting in exceptionally high inbox rates.

With just a couple of words changed, that can be used equally well on your Re-Direct Page.
