Accessible at http://support.sendreach.com/clientarea.php or from the SendReach operational Dashboard, the Client Area is your back office.

Ticket Categories accessed via the “Support” link in the footer of the Operational Dashboard.
Affiliate Link and Commissions report. The unique Referral URL will take potential purchasers to the SendReach Sales presentation and Shopping Cart, and automatically credit any sales to you.
Finally, there are various account functions available as a drop down list from your Login – Hello xxxxxx, including editing your SR Profile and changing your SR Password. Please remember, your login details for SendReach are your Account Email Address and your Password, so changing either also changes your login.
The Sub-Accounts function allows you to set up a sub-account for a member of staff. They have their own login and password, you can control their permissions, and they can be logged in at the same time as you.
