Unfortunately, many email marketers do not realise that repeatedly emailing people in their List that do not Open those emails is tantamount to committing suicide as it will destroy their reputation with the spam filters, and that will destroy their business.
Therefore removing those subscribers from a List that have not Opened a Campaign for a period of time is not just good List management, but also sound Business Management.
Doing so is made easy, and using the powerful List Filtering function you can dictate how long the period is during which subscribers have not Opened, x Days, Weeks or Months. You can then choose to Unsubscribe them, disable them or Delete them. In any case, they will not receive future Campaigns to that List.
The same Filtering function can used to filter those that – Did Open – Did Click (a clickable link) – Did NOT Open – Did NOT Click.
